Revicoat: the future of home improvement

In the Netherlands, homeowners looking to enhance their window frames often faced only one option - their full replacement. The founders of Revicoat saw an opportunity to change that. But innovation alone wasn't enough. Entering a conservative construction market where change is often met with resistance required the right strategy. That's where our team stepped in, bringing the insights and expertise to position Revicoat as a credible challenger and win their customers' trust.

Web design: balancing performance and storytelling

Once Revicoat’s brand was finalized, our UX/UI Designer Coleen took the lead in designing a high-converting website which brought Revicoat to life. The final result is both visually impactful and conversion-optimized for mobile and desktop.

With the website and brand assets in place, we had to make sure Revicoat would be noticed by the right audience. To do this, we built and launched a comprehensive Google Search Ads campaign targeting homeowners in key buying intent stages. Led by Nick, Revicoat’s campaign consistently brings in high-quality leads ready to engage.

Lead nurture flow & retargeting

To keep Revicoat’s leads engaged and moving towards conversion, we designed a robust automated journey that takes them from brochure download to quote request. This flow significantly increased the number of warm leads moving into sales calls.

Additionally, to make sure momentum was not lost on cold contacts, we created a segmented email reactivation sequence to “wake up” dormant leads and reintroduce them to the value of Revicoat.

SEO strategy for long-term visibility

To make sure renovation-seeking homeowners would find Revicoat, we delivered a comprehensive SEO program resulting in multiple #1 rankings on Google for highly relevant search terms. Ongoing organic growth now supplements paid acquisition, strengthening Revicoat’s lead flow and reducing dependency on ads. 

The sublabel launch of zelfwrappen.com

What about DIY-minded homeowners who want to improve the appearance of their homes by themselves? After the founders of Revicoat realized there was a substantial market for this, they came up with the idea of zelfwrappen.com - a sublabel selling wrapfoil kits and tools to self-install at home.

We helped them launch in no time, with the brand designed by Haley and strategy and execution led by Nick and Val, including brand alignment and e-commerce positioning.
